Jefferson County Occupational Tax

Wood Fruitticher has received a notification from the Refund and Settlement Administrator of the Jefferson County Occupational Tax and Business License Tax involving refunds of occupational taxes paid to Jefferson County from January 12, 2009 through August 13, 2009.

If you had the County Occupational Tax withheld from your pay during this period, you are entitled to Notice of Proposed Settlement, which Wood Fruitticher is providing through this communication.  Please read the following Short Form Class Notice.  Wood Fruitticher also was asked to publicly display the Long Form Notice.

Wood Fruitticher is required to forward a list of all refund-eligible employees to the administrator by July 13.  Employee mailing addresses will be in included in this listing because any refunds will be sent as a check via U.S. Mail. Because of this, it is important that you take the time to update your home address.
