"The Alabama ProStart Student Invitational is a competition which showcases the culinary, management and academic talents of students from high schools across the state. The student teams compete in both culinary and management events which are judged by industry professionals and experts. The top winners in the culinary and management events are crowned the state champions and receive multiple scholarships."
